Vicky Papachristos is a leading female in the corporate world and an inspirational figure. She has more than 30 years of experience as an executive in blue chip companies, running her own management consultancy firm and more recently as a non-executive director.

Vicky has served on public, private and not-for-profit boards including Aussie Broadband, Eftpos, Big River Industries, Mt Baw Baw Alpine Resort and Scale Investors – Australia’s first and only network of angel investors committed to investing in and empowering exceptional women entrepreneurs.

In her corporate career she worked in a range of fields including senior positions at Shell, Westpac, Myer, Visa and the Sydney Olympics. Vicky is paving the pathway for the next generation of females in traditionally male-dominated professions. Vicky is passionate about encouraging and supporting young women to pursue careers in business and her vision is for them to be the CEOs of today’s and tomorrow’s corporations. Vicky is a professional mentor and also mentors several young MacRob. women and alumni.

Vicky holds a Bachelor of Chemical Engineering (Honours) from Monash University, a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Australian Graduate School of Management, and is also a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

She is also a keen road cyclist, skier, wife, friend and Palladian.
